Supply chain management, provisioning, acquisition and lifecycle management, inventory management, new equipment fielding and training, spare parts package development and analysis.
- Trident is currently supporting the Unmanned Aircraft Systems PM on contract W31P4Q-15-A-0029 in the logistics realm supporting the Medium Endurance Aircraft and Small Tactical Unmanned System platforms around the world. Trident performs logistics analyses, maintains/updates information management systems and provides logistics support related to the operational objectives of the UAS PMO. Trident provides logistics support for programs, subsystems, product improvements, and all aspects of logistics elements to include analyses, development, acquisition, delivery, provisioning, and sustainment.
- Past Logistics/Sustainment efforts: Trident has supported the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Project Management Office (NSRWA PMO, now referred to as MASPO, Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office) on contract W31P4Q-05-A-0021/0021 in the logistics realm supporting multiple aircraft platforms for multiple customers around the world. Trident performed logistics analyses, maintained/updated information management systems and provided logistics support related to the operational objectives of the NSRWA PMO. Trident provided logistics support for NSRWA PMO programs, subsystems, product improvement efforts, and all aspects of logistics.
